$58-million is being invested in North Grenville
Westerra Homes are located in Kemptville, Ontario, which is part
of North Grenville. It was announced recently that North Grenville
and the surrounding regions would be receiving a major boost in
funding of approximately $58-million from the provincial and
federal governments. The money will be used to develop services
that include local hospital expansion, a new high school, a new
library, and natural resources in the area.
Trees, plants, and other natural resources will be among some of
the improvements to the area. These additions will help to beautify
the already green environment of North Grenville.
Also, Kemptville is now host to the
new Kemptville-Colonnade shopping centre which includes
a new Wal-Mart, McDonald's, Staples, Scotiabank, TD Bank,
A&W and Tim Horton's restaurants, Canadian Tire and
Marks Work Wearhouse (among others to come).
