It was announced recently that, through government funding,
Kemptville will receive over $58-million to invest in upgrading and
expanding the local District Hospital, a new high school, a new
library, and various other community initiatives.
An additional $25-million will go into the upcoming shopping
district that today includes a: Wal-mart, McDonald's,
Staples, ScotiaBank, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire and Mark's Work
Wearhouse stores. Additional stores and restaurants are
planned.
It's a Growing Investment
Ottawa and the surrounding regions have seen a spike in recent
years in the prices of new homes. Prices for new homes for sale in
Kemptville have remained stable, but could potentially see an
