Our Team
Westerra Homes and Developments is owned and operated by two
brothers, Ron and Robert Noseworthy who years ago had a vision of
building beautiful, affordable, and energy efficient homes in
Eastern Ontario.
Ron Noseworthy is
a home builder with over 25 years experience in both custom and
sub-division multi and single family homes. Ron's passion for
building homes reflects in the quality and creativity that is built
into every home. He has worked his entire career in the building
industry having worked for well-known and reputable small and
medium-sized Ontario builders. Today, partnered with his brother,
he is creating affordable homes in Eastern Ontario.
Robert Noseworthy is an experienced business
person who has over 25 years business experience working for small,
medium, and large sized companies in various industries.
Robert, an MBA, obtained his graduate degree from Athabasca
University and has worked in the Service, Security Printing,
Telecom, Internet and IT industries. Today, Robert is focused on
building Westerra Homes' reputation as one of the area's growing
energy efficient home builders.
