Our Team
Westerra Homes and Developments is owned and operated
by Robert Noseworthy who years ago had a vision of building
beautiful, affordable, and energy efficient homes in Eastern
Ontario.
Robert Noseworthy is an experienced business
person who has over 25 years business experience working for small,
medium, and large sized companies in various industries.
Robert, an MBA, obtained his graduate degree from Athabasca
University and has worked in the Security
Printing, Internet and IT industries. Today, as the owner of
Westerra Homes, Robert is focused on building Westerra Homes'
reputation as one of the regions finest energy-efficient home
builders.
Andrew Bryson is a seasoned project manager and
has many years experience building custom homes. Andrew's
passion for building homes reflects in the quality and creativity
that is built into every home. He has worked his entire career in
the building industry having worked for reputable small and
medium-sized Ontario builders. Today, as the manager of operations,
he is focused on overseeing the construction of the best homes in
Eastern Ontario.
Maureen Nolte is a senior sales representative
for Coldwell Banker Coburn Realty and she works closely with
Westerra Homes. Maureen has worked her entire career in real
estate selling both new and resale homes. Maureen is a registered
real estate sales representative and she works hard to ensure that
the vision of potential homeowners is translated into a
reality.
Debbie Graham works for Westerra Homes as
the principal floorplan design and upgrades consultant.
Debbie previously worked for other new home builders and she
brings her many years of design experience to assist new home
buyers in translating their wish list into affordable, yet
customized dream homes.
Andrew Shouldice, CGA, owns his own
accounting practice and acts as the CFO for Westerra Homes.
Andrew has many years of experience, having previously worked
for one of Canada's big five accounting firms. Andrew
contributes his strategic financial focus on the financial
management of Westerra Homes.
Kerstin Dekart manages the day to day
accounting of Westerra Homes. Kerstin has worked for many
years in the areas of financial and management accounting and she
brings all of those years of experience to a complex and
challenging area.
Nick Richardson is the on-site working
supervisor and the after sales service representative. Nick
works hard to ensure that all on-site and any after sales
service challenges are managed.
Kyle Schwartz is the on-site working
assistant to the site supervisor, who also ensures that all
on-site and any after sales service challenges are
addressed.
Chelsea Gilchrist is also an on-site
working assistant to the site supervisor, who also ensures
that on-site and after sales service challenges are
addressed.
