Our History
Westerra Homes and Developments is owned and operated by two
brothers, Ron and
Robert Noseworthy who had a vision of building beautiful,
affordable, and energy efficient homes in Eastern Ontario. They
were attracted to the green environment of Kemptville, Ontario.
Westerra
Homes started building it's first home in Kemptville, Ontario in
2007. By 2008, Westerra Homes went on to complete a series of homes
in the Woodland sub-division in Prescott, Ontario.
In May 2009, Westerra Homes launched Phase 1 of the Forest Creek
sub-division in Kemptville, Ontario. Phase 1 of Forest Creek
currently has 31 lots with 4 lots having water views of the South
Branch of the Rideau River, and multiple pond view lots.
Phase 2 also has 31 lots, although 10 lots have water views of the
South Branch of the Rideau River.
