Our History
Westerra Homes and Developments was started with a vision of
building beautiful, affordable, and energy efficient homes in
Eastern Ontario. They were attracted to the green environment of
Kemptville, Ontario.
Westerra
Homes started building it's first home in Kemptville, Ontario in
2007.
By 2008, Westerra Homes went on to complete a series of homes in
the Woodland sub-division in Prescott, Ontario.
In August 2009, Westerra Homes started building the
Forest Creek sub-division in Kemptville, Ontario. Forest
Creek had 66 lots with numerous lots having water views
of the South Branch of the Rideau River, and multiple pond view
lots.
Westerra Homes was originally founded by two brothers
however after having built homes together for over 4 years,
the two brothers (Ron and Robert) evolved to the next stage of
their careers and today the two brothers each own and operate their
own respective new home building
companies.
Robert Noseworthy is the owner of Westerra Homes
and manages the day-to-day business as well as the
future evolution of the company. Westerra Homes is
currently building new homes in North Grenville at the
Forest Creek sub-division community and will be releasing a
new community in Kemptville, in the Spring of 2012,
called Kempten Court.
