It is our policy at Westerra Homes to always ensure that you are
satisfied with your new home. That's why we provide a personalized
service that is better than most home builders in Eastern Ontario.
We have staff devoted solely to being there for our clients' needs,
requests, and support. If ever you have a question about your
Westerra Homes' property or any of your custom features, you'll have easy access
to our full-time customer service staff whose primary goal is to
ensure your ongoing satisfaction.
Our six-month and 11-month Home Inspection Policy
At Westerra Homes, we don't wait for you to contact us, we come
to you. It's our pleasure to build a relationship with our clients.
That's why we make sure that we keep in contact, even after you've
moved into your new home.
Once you purchase a Westerra home, we will be sure to make
contact at specific milestone dates that we will pre-determine when
you move in. At the six-month mark, we can provide a full home
inspection at your request. Any modifications, touch-ups, or
repairs will be made, if necessary. We'll contact you again at the
11-month mark to ensure you are still satisfied with your Westerra
home.
Of course, we encourage our clients to contact us if ever they have questions,
comments, or issues during any part of the building process or
after you've moved in.
